Yas Riva Reserve

Yas Riva Reserve — New Gated Villa Community by Aldar Along the Canal on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Yas Riva Reserve is a new gated residential community by Aldar Properties, located on the private side of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The development comprises 292 standalone 4- to 6-bedroom villas, surrounded by private gardens, parks and landscaped open spaces. A separate waterfront collection is positioned directly along the canal.

The concept of Yas Riva Reserve is centred around privacy, space and community living, with 20% of the development dedicated to leisure areas and open spaces. Residents will also have access to an extensive range of facilities within the community, from a private clubhouse and sports areas to a café, minimarket and everyday services.

Completion is scheduled for Q3 2030.

The development comprises 292 standalone villas divided into two main collections:

— 247 inner-community villas with 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms;

— 45 waterfront villas with 5 or 6 bedrooms.

Each residence is designed as a two-storey villa with its own private garden. The waterfront villas face the canal, creating a distinct residential setting within Yas Riva Reserve.

The two collections allow buyers to choose not only by the number of bedrooms but also by the villa's position within the community.
