Al Naseem Villas is a collection of two-storey villas located along the coastline of Hudayriat Island, one of Abu Dhabi’s most promising waterfront residential districts. The project is designed for buyers considering buying a villa in Abu Dhabi for permanent family living within a secure, private community.
The development combines a coastal setting, family-oriented layouts, and architectural clarity, making Al Naseem Villas suitable for long-term ownership rather than short-term use.
Architecture and concept:
The architectural concept integrates two distinct styles.
Some residences feature a California-inspired design with pitched roofs, natural materials, and warm tones. Others follow a contemporary approach with dark façades, panoramic glazing, and clean geometric lines.
A defining architectural element is the use of pergolas, providing natural shading for living and dining areas and enhancing everyday comfort.
The project offers 4-, 5-, and 6-bedroom villas, designed for family living.
Layouts clearly separate communal and private areas, supporting comfortable daily use and guest hosting.
Interiors incorporate wood and porcelain finishes in natural tones, creating a calm and balanced living environment. Villas are delivered partially furnished, allowing owners to personalize interiors.
